We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as
when you contact us with inquiries, register for our Services, or use certain Services.
Wherever GCO collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy
Policy.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in
accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you
acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current
location to the offices and servers of GCO and the authorized third parties referred to herein.
3. Terms of Service
You acknowledge that GCO is a platform connecting coaches and individuals looking out to learn new skills. We do not take any financial benefits and we are solely responsible for connecting the above entities. As a result, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of your association with your coach/student.
GCO shall charge a nominal annual registration fee from all the coaches who wish to register themselves on our portal. GCO shall take all the required efforts to screen coach profiles before displaying them on our portal. The registration fees shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once you register with us, you can connect to any coach from our available profiles for the particular skillset that you are looking for
Should you wish to reach a coach, book the coach on our portal. An intimation mail shall be sent to you carrying the individual details and their course of learning.
You can go ahead and connect to the coach and decide on taking their training by paying the fees.
You are to ascertain the authenticity of the coach you would be learning from
You are free to use the communication mode for your training or mentoring. Globalcoachonline.com won't be party to occurrences like physical meetings with the coach or any other issues arising related to financial transactions or payments
You are required to stay accessible and committed to your coach during your length of training
Provide a genuine feedback post your training/mentoring completion to your coach/mentor
You are free to conduct classes at your convenience slot with a discussion with your coach
You can finalise the training cost at your discretion with your coach
Also, payment collection/mode of communication and training slots convenience shall be at your sole discretion after a discussion with your coach. Globalcoachonline.com shall have no role in this process and we shall restricted towards connecting you with the concerned coach only
Once you are on-boarded with us as a Coach, your profile and detailed description shall be uploaded on our portal under the relevant skill sets
Anyone wanting to get coached shall have access to these profiles
If someone wishes to connect to you to learn from you, they shall simply fill out our registration form and an intimation mail shall be sent to you carrying the individual details and their course of learning
Should you be keen to teach the individual, you can go ahead and connect to the individual
You are to ascertain the authenticity of the individual you would coach
You are free to use the communication mode for your training or mentoring. Globalcoachonline.com won't be party to occurrences like physical meetings with the individuals or any other issues arising related to financial transactions or payments
You are required to stay accessible and committed to the individual/mentee during your length of training
Understand your trainee/mentee requirements and structure your program accordingly
Provide a genuine feedback post your training/mentoring completions
You are free to conduct classes at your convenience slot
You can finalise the training cost at your discretion with the individual
Also, payment collection/mode of communication and training slots convenience shall be at your sole discretion. Globalcoachonline.com shall have no role in this process and we shall restricted towards connecting you with the concerned individual only
Globalcoachonline.com shall be reviewing your profile on periodic basis
Our role shall be restricted to connecting you with concerned individuals for coaching and we shall have no say in payment collections/mode of communications and training slots between you and your trainees/mentees
Globalcoachonline.com shall not be a party to any disputes or unwarranted situations arising out of payments, physical teachings, abuse or assaults by either parties or any such instances that may be termed as harmful and detrimental
This handbook is strictly for Online sessions and in case of any complaints, Globalcoachonline.com reserves the right to terminate your services
You may use your own ways to do the background checks of the trainee/mentee and find their reliability factor. Globalcoachonline.com shall not be participant in this process.
The website is not in anyways connected with any arrangement/understanding/relationship/engagement between the you and the trainee/mentee. Any such instance found shall be treated as outside the purview of the portal objectives liable to prosecution under law.
English shall be the sole medium of communication across this portal and all the notifications from Globalcoachonline.com shall be done through English only.
You cannot make multiple profile. One user should have only one profile.
You are responsible for your money and safety when dealing with others. Please do your diligence. We try our best to do our part.
We reserve the right to suspend and delete your profile any time without notice.
GCO will charge the coach a yearly subscription fees, this fees will help us to maintain the website, promote our coaches on various social media platforms and food.
For Students
If you chose to share your contact details with a coach, it's your responsibility to verify their credentials, identity, and background check.
You are also responsible for any monetary transactions and refunds. We are not liable for any fraudulent activity.
For Coaches
We do not vet students for their credit history or payment record. It's your responsibility to check their credentials and manage payments and refunds.
The students personal information like email id and phone number will be shared with you, it’s your responsibility to choose the student whom you want to coach.
GCO will not take any commission on any financial transaction between the student and coach.
Profile Editing
In case the coach is not receiving enough student request for coaching he/she can contact us to change their profile description.
Only two Profile editing request would be entertained per year.
Refund
The coach can request for refund of yearly subscription fees if he/she doesn’t receive any coaching request from student for a duration of 6 months from the start of subscription period.
Disputes between Users
You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with any other user in connection with the Service and GCO will have no liability or responsibility with respect thereto. GCO reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and any other user of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, depending on the nature of the change, we will post the changes on this page and indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised and/or notify you, either through the Services' user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no later than fourteen (3) days after they are posted.
At GCO, we respect the privacy of our users. For details, please see our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.
All the disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the Mumbai Courts
You are to maintain our brand reputation during your training sessions or other communications. Any deviations or misuse in this regard shall be dealt lawfully
The purpose of our portal is to connect coaches/mentors to individuals willing to learn skills. Any other usage apart from the foresaid objective is strictly forbidden and shall attract lawful actions
