Having worked for over three decades in the areas of sales, distribution, administration, liaison, branch management, HR management and profit center management at KODAK in India, Mr. Gopal has a rich experience in all aspects of corporate business. 

Additionally, he has over 25 years experience in field of education & training in many parts of the globe.He has trained in the areas of leadership, management, behaviours, habits, marketing, sales, quality, etc.

He also has a rich experience in the field of factory management having supported many organisation in obtaining their ISO 9000 certification. This is based on the strength of qualifying as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from Indian Institute of Quality Management, Jaipur (Government of India).

For over 10 years now, Mr.Gopal has qualified, worked and supported many corporate leaders towards achieving their goals and aspiration via coaching and mentoring them. Certified by ICF as Coach (ACC level) and Mentor; as well as Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching, he has coached C-Suite Directors, Division Heads and corporate leaders at various levels. 

He is also a certified NLP practitioner from Dubai as well and the concepts learned therein are comfortably used by him in coaching and mentoring process.

Mr. Gopal is also on the Board of Directors of VIP Clothing Limited and Lovable Lingerie Limited as their Independent Director -  nominated as Chairman of Audit Committee for both Organisations.
