Paola has twenty-years experience as Marketing Director and Management Consultant working with major multinational companies, with local and European responsibilities. She trained as a Professional Coach (ACC ICF) and follows the ethical code of ICF, the largest international professional coaching organization.

As a coach, she dedicates herself with method and experience to those who want to achieve a better quality of life and have a transformational mind-shift. To individuals she offers the opportunity to have someone to accompany them on their journey, to focus on their purpose, to recognize priorities and to focus on their goals.
