A wife, a physicist, an engineer, a coach for women and an ultra-runner. Mandy is committed to helping women in STEM discover their hidden talents through coaching and mentoring. She supports women in areas such a confidence building, creating self awareness, communication in the workplace, breaking down barriers and getting what you want and need.

Mandy is the Life Coaching team Events Manager for PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association. Each month, she invites speakers to present different topics relating to coaching to her members and guests. She is also the Director of Memberships for the ICF Singapore Chapter, where she works to provide great member engagement for all her members.
