Prabhash is a human resources strategist with over 20 years of executive experience gained from a number of top notch organizations such as Brandix, MAS Holdings, Next, Columbia and Crystal Group. Further, he was the Head of Human Resources of Teejay Lanka PLC which was recognized by Forbes as one of Asia’s 200 Best Under a Billion category.

Further, Prabhash is the Chief Knowledge Officer and Co-founder of Glenmore Global Resources, an organization provides end-to-end HR solutions for its global clients. Glenmore is an Authorized Solutions Partner for Harrison Assessments and a Global Strategic Partner of Workplace Options USA which is the world's largest privately owned and independent provider of integrated employee well-being solutions.

Prabhash has been recently recognized as one of the “501 Fabulous GLOBAL HR LEADERS of the World” at the World HRD Congress 2020 held in Mumbai.

He is a specialist in human capital development, coaching, employee relations, talent management and labour compliance. He has turned around organizational cultures to deliver the best in shorter time spans and could lead his teams to achieve Bronze, Silver and Gold awards in consecutive years for Social Dialog Excellence which is the highest state recognition that can be gained for best labour practices in Sri Lanka.

Prabhash is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), USA. He has been trained extensively on Coaching by Dominic Miles of Searching for Leadership UK, Coach Masters Academy and CCL Singapore. Further, he is a Qualified Assessor to Facilitate Assessment Centers & Development Centers certified by the IPMA – HR, USA. He holds a Special Degree in Chemistry from the University of Colombo which is complemented with an MBA and a Dip in Personnel Management from CIPM Sri Lanka. He has further received his executive education from CCL, McKinsey & Co, Nike Inc., BMC Global Services UK, Coach Masters Academy and an extensive training on Industrial Relations and Human Resources by AOTS, Japan. Prabhash is a certified NLP Master Practitioner by Sue Knight, UK.

A proud product of Royal College, Colombo, Prabhash was the Founder President of ORHRPA - the Old Royalists’ HR Professionals’ Association. Prabhash is a visiting lecturer of the University of Kelaniya for postgraduate studies and the CIPM Sri Lanka. Further, he is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers, a Chartered Member of the CIPM Sri Lanka & a Professional Member of the AHRP.
