♦ Currently an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), an external coach at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a partner coach with Rosentall coaching, Lily has partnered with individuals and groups to explore, discover and design paths towards success with a focus on supporting their learning, career paths, personal and professional growth.

♦ With her diverse experience in leadership, adult education, intercultural communication, as well as hery learning in navigating through parenthood, as a coach, she is committed to offer a trusting and caring space for clients to explore with openness on matters that are important to them, whether for work, home, or anything in between.

♦ Dedicated adult educator with 15 years’ experience working at UBC in educational program management and learning design to serve diverse international and domestic clients.

♦ With a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Lily is passionate about integrating technology into teaching and learning practice.
