Sochi is the Managing Director and Lead Coach of TBA Consults. She is a Team Development Consultant, Internationally Accredited & Certified Professional Coach and British Psychological Society Psychometric Test Assessor with over 15 years’ experience in the area of business development, learning and development and coaching.

Sochi has designed and facilitated programmes in the areas of coaching, building and sustaining high performing teams, leadership and personal effectiveness. She has worked with several organisations in Nigeria and beyond in both the public and private sectors helping them identify and develop the talent in their organisations for maximum impact and increased productivity.

She has served as a partner to her clients going through organizational transformation, by helping them articulate the values and behaviours required to sustain this transformation. As a Core Leadership Transition Coach, Sochi has worked with individuals transitioning into new leadership positions, helping them raise their level of awareness and consciousness on the effects of their behaviour on the level of engagement as well as the performance of their team members.

She is a co-founder of the Center for Core Coaching and has trained several Certified Corporate Coaches in Nigeria. She is passionate about learning and people development and has a keen interest on moving employees from compliance to commitment.

Sochi is a foundational board member of the Nigeria Chapter of the world renowned International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has served in many capacities both locally and internationally. She also served as the 2016 Membership Director as well as the 2018 Education Director for the Nigeria Chapter of ICF.
